1. Earl Noel - Director

Having completed military service with the Royal Greenjacket Regiment, Earl entered the world of sport as a professional boxer where he was ranked at number 16 in the UK

On completing his boxing career, Earl worked in the security industry for 11 years before joining the Parks Police, where he worked as a dog handler for a further 11 years.

After attending many dog training and behavioral courses, Earl has traveled to various parts of the world setting up training courses.

Earl is qualified as a BIPDT (British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers) instructor and is now also qualified as a RoWDaH (Registry of Working Dogs and Handlers) instructor, having also been a member of the FCBDT.

Earl has trained dogs to the highest standards in obedience and working trials, being handler of two of the very few Giant Schnauzers to work as police dogs in the UK. One of which, named 'Villan', was a leading member of the Parks Police Display Team and also took part in TV work.

Earl's experience in the Forces, Security Industry and Parks Police, coupled with his dog handling, training and instruction skills profile enables Kovert to remain leaders in the canine security industry.
